I bought a couple cans of this de-icer & cannot get the cans opened. I have to ask my son-in-law of open 1 for me. The cap fits to tight for my strenght. The directions say to pinch the cap & pull. I had to have my daughter open 1 for me & now I'm keeping it open so I can use it during a bad storm. I love the products you have but cannot fight it everytime & not get it to open because of my strength.
